Helped implement an automated Jira software project management system that identified the major milestones velocity differences as well as other bottleneck points in various planning and development stages. It paired with a Scrum system to keep regular activity and production on schedule. Also incorporated Confluence with the specific Atlassian suite features that shared tracking and design functionality.
